OMAG-Tronic® S Vibration provides you with more precise control of the vibration on your OMAG-Tronic machine.

Converting to Omag-Tronic S Vibration will provide you with the ability to precisely tailor vibration to produce the highest
quality products while improving cycle times and using less energy than standard vibration.

OMAG-Tronic S Vibration utilizes four rotating axes, each driven by a servo drive. The axes are mounted in parallel.
When two axes at a time are shifted 180 degrees in synchronization an imbalance is created. Vibration is created when the
imbalances are not counterbalanced.

The speed and the amplitude and frequency of the vibration can be precisely tailored to the products being produced.
The use of servo drives provides the ability to set vibration times as short as 0.1 seconds while maintaining accurate filling of
the mold. This degree of control reduces the machine's overall cycle time which increases production efficiency. Improving
cycle time, regardless of the type or quantity of products being produced, improves profitability.
